Stokkøy Bakery is a small craft bakery with production and a small shop in the Bygdeboksen on Stokkøya in Åfjord.

All bread from Stokkøy Bakery is made with sourdough, left to rise for a long time and baked in a stone oven. This gives juicy bread with extra good taste. Sourdough makes the bread durable and healthy. Here you also get delicious cardamom buns, cinnamon rolls and various other baked goods.
The bakery is owned by Bygda 2.0, which will make Stokkøya an example of how the village can increase its attractiveness for different types of people and thus achieve increased value creation and innovation in the districts by increasing the influx of the right expertise.
