Award-winning cheeses from the heart of Fosen; bandage-aged cheddar, beer-marinated cheeses and well-aged feta.
At Hindrum Factory Farm, various cheeses are made from self-produced, organic, unpasteurized milk. The cheeses are mainly hard cheeses, cheesed with inspiration from the wider world, but adapted to Norwegian conditions. Here, cheeses are even cheesed with beer, inspired by British, American, Greek and Swiss cheese types.
