Baxt Lierne

At Baxt Lierne you get different types of lefser, thin bread and klenning.

If you take the trip to Sørli in Lierne, you can sink your teeth into a steaming fresh lefs taken straight from the production line. Baxt Lierne currently produces lefse roll, seater lefse, lefsegodt 6-pk, sveler (small pancakes) and klenning. The last two are newly developed for Baxt Lierne.

At Trøndersk Food Festival you can buy lefse, klenning and thin bread.
