Hogna Brygg

HognaBrygg is located at Kotsøy, an hour south of Trondheim. We brew our craft beer as sustainably as possible, using recycled brewing equipment, and locally sourced malts from Trøndelag. We give you both traditional and innovative flavors, new and old recipes. Our slogun: "The best beer is yet to be brewed!"

We will give you MORE flavor, and preferably brewed using local ingredients, beer as an accompaniment to both traditional and modern dishes. We were the first micro brewery in Norway to focus on alu-cans as a storage medium from start-up, emphasing taste, quality, and environment. Our brewers will give you flavors ranging from light lemon-fresh wheat beer, to full-bodied, chocolate-dark stouts. Bonsak Gårdsmalteri at Skogn is our local supplier of quality malts from Trøndelag, they will supply any flavor we desire! Rich in flavor and full bodied, that is our goal.
