Ankeret Mat AS is a small family business based on the tiny island Kråkvåg, Their product include: Anchor herring (voted as the year's best new product during the Trønder Food Festival 2021), Mustard herring, Apple herring, Tomato herring, Sour cream herring, Herring in dill, Skipper herring, Pickled herring, Spiced pickled herring and Curry herring. They also deliver herring fillets: Matjes herring, salted cured herring and spiced herring.
