In the restaurant encompassed in mirrors - hence the name Speilsalen - in Britannia Hotel, fish, seafood, meats and vegetables are carefully selected from the Trøndelag region as well as from Scandinavia and other parts of the world to create new culinary masterpieces. You may enjoy a 6- or 10-course menu with wines from the bountiful Britannia wine cellar, and Saturday holds the popular 4-course Champagne Lunch.
